Terms of Engagement

All the things you need to know when you choose Chairman of the Breadboard for your next event.

Deposit:
We require a payment of 30% of the total 2 weeks prior to the event date.
The balance must be paid on the event date.

Cancellations:
Cancelling our service more than 1 week out from the event date we see your deposit fully refunded.
Cancelling our service less than 1 week out from the event date incurs a cancellation fee of 100% of the deposit.

Confirmation of Numbers:
To ensure our standard and service, confirmation of guests numbers must be provided to us 7 days prior to the event date. We will accept an increase in numbers provided we receive notification within 3 days of the event date.

Hire Equipment:
Should Chairman of the Breadboard require cooking and refrigeration equipment for your event these costs will be included in the quote you receive from us. Cooking and refrigeration equipment is determined by the food choices made for your event.
