A light egg- based mix baked in puff pastry.
Small savoury pikelets topped with creamy brie & fresh chopped strawberries tossed in a balsamic vinegar dressing.
Ricotta & Feta Cheese, Spinach, Basil & Green Onions. Baked in a puff pastry spiral served warm. Vegetarian.
Creamy Leek & Potato soup topped with a crisp sage leaf. Served in shot glasses.

Each cube of juicy watermelon is scooped out and filled with Persian Feta & Basil Leaves, topped with half a Kalamata olive & drizzled with Olive Oil
Cucumber cups filled with a fresh mix of prawns, sweet chilli, roasted peanuts & ginger
and finished with a sprinkling of toasted coconut
